 These are some of our favorite recipies. Most are hand downs from Joyce's Grand parents and old recipie books. Some are my original recipies and some are Joyce's tweeks.
One of our best is the chili. The original was from an old recipie book. We tweeked and tweeked. I love stewed tomatoes. We put up stewed tomatoes every year from our garden. One day, I decided to substute our stewed tomatoes for the original diced tomatoes. Major improvement. This is the best chili period. It's very flexable, you can add your favorate hot pepper to get just the right amount of heat, while the flavor stays true.
